# contributions/ — the incident's open contribution box

Community assertions (narrative, GPS, imagery references, space-time calibrations) land in
assertions/ and invites in invites/, written by the story page's PUBLIC-BY-DESIGN scoped key
(write-only to this box; it cannot touch the record). Every assertion is credited and lands
as its own timestamped file; append-only is convention, not a verified server property (the
shared key can PUT any filename here, so filenames collide only by intent, and the
moderator's owner-token audit is the backstop). The invite log is public by design: invites
are never inside any blast radius.
Blast radius on an assertion is declared intent recorded in its envelope; access enforcement
